Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Devstiny (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Devstiny lets you describe an application in plain language and receive a generated, deployed web app. The Service uses AI models and cloud infrastructure to produce and host that output on your behalf.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each app creation or edit costs 1 credit. Free accounts receive a one-time grant of 5 credits. Pro accounts receive 200 credits per monthly billing cycle.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
• If a run fails before any code is committed, the credit is refunded automatically.
• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By upgrading you agree to Stripe's terms.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate apps that violate any law or regulation.
• Produce malware, phishing pages, or tools intended to harm others.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service's APIs in ways that degrade service for others.
• Circumvent rate limits, concurrency caps, or other technical controls.
• Use the Service on behalf of a competing app-generation product without written permission.

You own the source code and deployments the Service produces for you, subject to any open-source licenses present in the base template. The Service retains no rights over your generated apps. Devstiny is not responsible for the fitness of generated code for any particular purpose.

All rights in the Devstiny platform, UI, prompts, and infrastructure belong to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in the Service itself beyond the limited right to use it as described here.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated apps will be correct, secure, or fit for any purpose. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or contain bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devstiny's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your credits are forfeited.

We will post updated Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use after 14 days constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will also send a notice to the email on file if one exists.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Devstiny is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
